Mrs. Lugo will be discussing low self esteem and how to over come the difficulties of dealing with the emotions that weigh heavy with low self esteem. Mrs Lugo is a licensed Family and Marriage Couselor with Westwind Couseling. This session will be held in english but spanish translation will be provided. Nourishments provided.
