We are excited about this post pandemic event. We look forward to meeting you. This mixer is about making connections with business owners, breaking bread together, drinks and shaking hands. We are having an open bar from 6pm - 8pm, a full course meal as we listen to the valuable information that will be shared by our guest speakers. We look forward to seeing you on December 7th @ 6pm! Below is a brief bio of our guest speakers: 1. Mark Ditondo, VP of Retirement Plans at Lafayette Insurance Company. Mark has been in the Insurance industry for the last 30 plus years holding executive positions. He specializes in helping business owners to minimize taxes. 2. Don Kuhn, Regional VP for Lafayette Insurance Company. He helps the agents and advisors to go to the next level in their practices to support the Business Owners community. 3. Bruce Givner, Attorney. Givner was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 1976 and began practicing law in Encino. Givner currently practices business tax law in Los Angeles at the law offices of KFB Rice LLP. 4. Marshall Krupp, Business Coach. Marshall Krupp has a 45-year successful career as an entrepreneur, business owner, and strategic advisor and executive coach to management teams of private businesses, public agencies, and non-profit organizations offering management and leadership consultation focused on a variety of topics such as strategic planning, conflict resolution, accountability, culture creation, KPI’s, public relations, business development, sales and marketing, financial planning, personal and personnel motivation, and business transformations. He is recognized as a thought leader and confidant in the Southern California business community. 5. Tania Herbert, MBA Tania came to this country without a penny from a small village in the Andes of Peru. Over the past 16 years she's developed a successful finance and insurance practice, holding an average of $10 billion in enforced insurance. She graduated with a master’s degree in Finance from Azusa Pacific University. She formed Herbert Financial Group to consult businesses in the area of tax strategy, financial planning, business coaching, insurance needs, and asset protection. In October 2017 Tania was nominated as a prominent character in the Los Angeles Hispanic Community by the organization ACUDE. Tania contributes to several non-profit organizations. She sits on the Board of Directors of the BR Foundation and the organization “Lending Hope". Tania continually supports and sponsors different organizations that help highlight the culture and cuisine of each country. Tania also wrote and released her book "Success without Borders” in June 2017. She continually strives to help unprivileged children in third world countries. Today, Herbert Financial Group is still growing rapidly and is still true to honoring their motto of “Empowering Business Owners”. Tania’s vision for her company comes from her continuing passion of helping business owners thrive especially in the Latino community.
