This guided meditation is accompanied by a live soundscape of crystal alchemy bowls, drums, flute, chimes and various sound instruments from around the world. A combination of breath work, meditation, restorative poses, raw vibrational sound and aromatherapy. Sound Journey is a meditative acoustic sound 'concert' that invokes a state of deep relaxation, activating the body's own natural system of self-healing. No doing...all receiving in a safe and healthy format allowing for social distancing. A source of comfort, an opportunity to unwind, ground, rest and be.
