trash out a 2 BR 1 BA house

A normal size Duplex 2 BR /1 BA must be empty. If you use black bags it can be done to the curb site which is close. After the whole house and some spaces outside ( look at the pictures i tried to have all the trash in pictures) are empty the house must be cleaned ( its all tiled water power available). There are 2 BR 1 living room 1 kitchen 1 carport 1 laundry room in the back of the carport. Around the house is less staff ! Make me an estimate and when you can do.
