PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Manage Grassing crew on quality and progress of jobs · Communicate with Operation Manager regarding status of ongoing jobs by constant communication with all the Foremen · Acting Safety person, in charge of holding and recording weekly safety meetings of all crews and foreman · Transports machinery/materials to and from jobs in a setup/quality control capacity · Contacts contractor(s) on job related issues · Involved with coordination of equipment repair and maintenance · Completes jobs within established time frame · Plans and organizes work for crew members · Disciplines crew members professionally and initiates proper written warnings · Sets up truck daily with all supplies Pay depends on experience. Rate being higher if the candidate has a drivers license approved by our insurance
