We are a small but rapidly growing company seeking experienced carpenters and carpentry helpers willing to grow alongside us through building custom, wooden staircases. We need our employees to have their own reliable transportation that they’ll be willing to drive to and from jobs scattered throughout Southwest Florida. If you’re an experienced carpenter with tools at your disposal who takes pride in their work, then you may be exactly who we’re looking for to take the lead on jobs. Even with general knowledge or experience but a desire to acquire more knowledge, skills, and tools, there is opportunity for you to build the skills necessary to pursue a career in stair building. Our shop (located in Punta Gorda) is where we fabricate parts for the staircases prior to installation in homes located between Marco Island and Sarasota. All of our employees get full-time hours and are eligible for health insurance and 401K benefits. Pay rate varies depending upon experience level. Our staircases are designed and produced as hand-crafted pieces of art built to impress.
