ABOUT THE HOST~ Eunice is a Licensed Psychotherapist with over sixteen years experience in the mental health field. She is the owner of ECM Counseling Services and Efficient Coaching & Mentoring. She enjoys working with professional women in search of support with navigating the storms of life and restoring peace. Eunice is dedicated to making positive change in the community and helping others on their journey to healing. TRAP THERAPY~ This collaborative session with Mobile Blend Nutrition Hub is designed to help support you in getting your Mental Health together for the upcoming holidays. This session will be informative and interactive with a little TRAP Music and movement therapy: so dress very comfortably. All proceeds will benefit the Mingo Matters Foundation (MMF). The MMF is a non-profit that provides mental health education, wellness education and support to the BIPoC community.
