Job Store Staffing is now hiring Warehouse Associates for a temp to hire opportunity in a Printing facility. Warehouse Associates will assist the Press Operator in the production process. This is a very fast paced environment with easy rotating schedule! Day and night shift schedules available! 12-hour shifts! 6-6 Day Shift $18/hr Night Shift $20/hr Essential Job Functions of the Warehouse Associates: · Reads instructions from the work order form and through the direction of the 1st pressman sets or assists in the set-up during make-ready of the delivery end of press. · Assists when required any skilled and qualified personnel who are performing preventive maintenance on press such as lubrication, replacement of small parts, replacement of rollers etc. Also works in conjunction with maintenance man to keep equipment in good running condition, as directed by the Press Operator. · Performs tasks such as 1st pressman, jogger, roll tender, warehouse person, trimmer or work in hand bindery when called upon, and if trained or directed by Press Operator. · Inspect job (Pulling signatures in random or specified “pulls” in order to check for defects or Press caused issue and keep good quality. Position Requirements: · Must be able to stand for long periods of time · Due to the nature of our work and our reputation for service, employees are expected to stand ready to work overtime when requested. · Lifting is a requirement in this job.
