Where are ALL the St.Joe and Mishawaka cops,,,has anyone seen them in years pulling over anyone for traffic violations? I see viollations of great concern every 10 minutes on the road, Redlight runners on McKinley at Birch, Capital at Day, but the cop may be parked in the church lots as 70mph speeders go by......why are they paid? Just like the lit cigarette law put on the books...why...they'll never enforce it. Look at every intersection at the thousand butts from litterers. Have them clean it up.
