We are a mobile home community property management company with properties we own along the East coast. This posting is for the 3 communities we own around the Louisville, KY area. We are looking to establish long term working relationships with vendors in this area as we have plenty of work and projects that need to be done. What we are looking for is a general contractor that has skills and working knowledge of either plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, deck building and/or skill sets to rehab mobile homes and/or hook up new units onto existing lots. What we would do is send you out to meet with the park manager to show you the work we need done and will take a bid/estimate under consideration to contract out the work needed for that park. We pay per job/project
