Disabled veteran with cancer looking for bird to have as company. Love watching and feeding birds outside but would prefer one as inside pet. Have owned birds previously, so will have lots of interaction with me. Can't afford a lot but willing to pay small adoption fee if required, can travel within hour radius of Jamestown, ny.
