Mother Passed Away Need to Rehome Dog and Cat

Our mother passed away 2 weeks ago very unexpectedley and she has left behind a dog and a cat that my family is unable to care for and we really need to rehome. No fees or costs just need a good home for them. The dog is a small border collie mix, friendly with all people and kids, very lovnig, gets along with other dogs and cats as well. The cat is a black cat. He kinda lays around and does his own thing but he is friendly. The animal shelters and rescue groups are refusing to take them and being assholes about it. Any help is appreciated. I can provide photos on request. I am trying to locate there shot records but pretty sure they are up to date.
