Property Preservation Company looking for Handymen and or Contractors in Wilmington, Leland, Whiteville, Chadbourn areas to service Vacant properties with year-round maintenance needs such as: Securing, Lock Changes, Grass Cuts, Property Inspections, Snow Removal, Cleaning, Trash outs, Winterizations, General Property Repairs and Rehab, and more. Interested applicants must meet the following: • Must be able to pass background check • Own reliable working vehicle(s) and equipment/tools to complete work (computer, smart phone, trailer, mower, ladder, etc.) • Knowledge of industry picture requirements (before, during, and after’s of all work completed) • Ability to work independently and follow strict due dates • Must be organized, detail oriented, and reliable
