Customer Service - Industrial Parts Supplier (Fairfax, Va) Pay: $16.00/hr, must undergo background prior to start Location is NOT metro accessible Parts Supplier, is seeking Counter Service representatives in their Northern Virginia locations. Essential functions - - Providing excellent customer service and developing strong relationships with customer base over the phone and in person - Process customer's orders and returns accurately and efficiently including payments and refunds - Maintain an accurate record of all customer quotes and inquiries Requirements Customer service experience - High school diploma with some experience and understanding of the sales process a plus - Ability to accurately read and process part numbers - Some proficiency with MS Office suite - Ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs - Ability to work Saturdays as necessary
