Looking for a handyman helper to be able to support a 4 unit building I have in Warren off of German flats road.
Typical repairs are faucet/drains/locks/typical landlord repairs.
Immediate need is for someone to be able to look at my septic system as the pump station is not working. Need basic elec skills to verify if float switch works and if power is getting to pump etc. may need to replace pump or switch for example.
