Original band seeking keys

4 piece original band seeking keyboardist. Style is diverse, meshing blues, rock, soul, funk and Southern rock. Yes, we are in NJ, so please be aware of that if you want to reply. I know that we posted in Philly, but this is 1 market we want to take, since it is a better market for original bands than South Jersey. 2 guitars, bass, drums and we all sing. Late 40's to mid-50's. Looking for someone to give us that sweet Hammond sound as well as piano, depending on what makes the song better. We are not a startup, but we also are not playing out at the moment, because we want to focus on working on our originals vs. covers. There are 300 cover bands out there, we have no desire to be that. To be honest, we are looking to start playing out in the Spring. We do have our own space (has a keys rig there) so, you wouldn't have to pay for a studio every week. Initial audition would be at a studio and would include covers that we do have as part of our rotation with 1 or 2 originals that we can send the files. Based on past experience, please do not waste our time and we will not waste yours. This is fun for us, but we also all have families, jobs and do not want to find ourselves being sidetracked by no-shows, flakes or those who want to discuss other instrument options instead of keys or not wanting to lug your chosen instrument anywhere. (trying to not be a jerk, but based on what we have encountered, feel that I have to be up-front)
