Hello, this is a long shot, but I was hoping to find someone who could assist with setting up an ATV ad5 e kit. I am not a drummer. Everything seems to work except the hi hat assy. I can not get the hi hat sound to change from the closed sound (striking with the pedal depressed) and the open sound (striking it when its partially or fully open). No matter what, the sound remain the same = the closed sound. I followed the manual and have looked extensively on line to try and find a solution. Happy to reimburse someone for their time.
