Busy manufactured home park is looking to hire 2 techs full time for both maintenance and to complete rehabs/turns of units, general upkeep and also Trash dut
Must have experience with flooring, painting, siding, carpentry, some electrical & plumbing, skirting, replacement of windows & doors. Would be great if the candidate has a history with well water. Must have tools.
You must work fast, efficiently, clean & accurate.
w2 position only. 40 hours a week. $18 an hour with possible overtime. CLEAN Drivers License is a requirement. Adequate transportation is a must. Won't pay for you to get to/from work but will pay gas while you use your truck on our grounds.
