Airport Maintenance Company currently seeking full time maintenance techs for HVAC, and overall mechanical repairs. Year round and stable work. 3 years of HVAC experience required. We are a 24/7 operation. Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, including rotating shifts. Qualifications preferred but are not limited to, are as follows: - Must be able to pass extensive back round check - Must have clean driving record - EPA cert or on job experience currently pursuing certification - Must have basic tools necessary to perform job - Preventative maintenance tasks - Refrigeration repairs - Brazing of pipes and fittings - Electrical motor troubleshooting and replacement - Electrical controls troubleshooting - Complete compressor replacement and recharge -Mechanical abilities MUST have own basic tools adequate to perform job functions MUST have a minimum of three (3) years of HVAC experience, commercial and/or industrial. MUST have a valid Florida's driver's license MUST pass a background check and drug screening MUST be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age. MUST have ability to read, write, and speak fluent English. MUST have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. MUST be proficient in reading blue prints, wiring diagrams, and procedure manuals. MUST - 24/7 operation - must be able to work any shift including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
