Job description Westbrook Apartment is currently hiring Maintenance Technicians for apartment maintenance. Responsibilities involve performing all aspects of maintenance repairs at a multi-family apartment community. Full-Time position Monday - Friday 8 to 5 Position requires the following skills: General carpentry Troubleshoot basic electrical issues General Plumbing repairs Appliance repair Painting/ drywall repair Must be able to lift 50 lbs Applicant must have previous experience in apartment maintenance, and be willing to submit to full background screening. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Two locations
