Description
In partnership with the City of Bainbridge Island and other community organizations, BI Reads for Justice chooses a book every six months with complementing materials and events for the community to read, reflect on, and discuss.
This year, the community is reading Stamped: Racism, Antiracism, and You by Ibram X. Kendi and Jason Reynolds.
We’ll be practicing Living Room Conversations, a guided conversation that practices communicating across differences while building understanding. Feel free to join, even if you haven’t read the book!
Join us on Monday December 5th from 6:30-8:00 pm at the Bainbridge Public Library to read, learn, and grow together!
Due to space constraints, this event is limited to 50 people. For more information about the BI Reads for Justice Program, click here
