Join us in Ocean View for a SoundBath with Lian. SoundBath is a practice of savasana while bowls, tuning forks, cymbals, rattles, and a variety of vibrational instruments at played. This special soundbath event will have the option to enjoy from a yoga swing cocoon or a more traditional savasana on the floor. Please bring your 'creature comforts' (eye pillow, blanket, cozy socks, etc) to enjoy an hour of vibrational sound all around you. *Some props are available on a first come, first served basis. $35 for swing reservation $30 for floor space
