Backyard cleanup, carwash, small trees trim

Looking for someone to help me clean up my backyard this coming weekend Saturday 26th or Sunday 27th. Lots of leaves, small branches in the backyard, see pictures attached, need help building a small greenhouse to put some plants inside before cold weather starts. Need to trim a couple of small trees in the backyard. Also need someone to wash two cars and have other gigs around the house available. Not interested in hiring companies. This is a good gig for someone wanting to make some cash on the side on the weekends mostly. Gay here so if lifestyle makes you uncomfortable this position is not for you. Thanks
