Cockatiel for sale. We just got him for my daughter from a breeder. She said he would be socialized but he is still very skiddish. He isn’t mean just scared i think. We do not want to take the time to socialize him since my daughter had her heart set on one that was already ready to go. We paid $225 because he is a cinnamon pied. Will take a rehoming fee since my daughter spent her own money to buy him and she would like to use the money to get another one.
