Join us on Thursday, December 8th at 6:30 pm as we host: "The Effects of Domestic Violence on Children: 'Maintaining the Family Secret'." This FREE event will speak to the traumatic experience of witnessing and experience domestic violence within families. Our panel discussion will include: Keynote Speaker, Paula Granger; Author of "The Voice of A Survivor," Cordelia Funchess; Rev. Jeffery Weathersby of Omega Ministries of Mississippi; BBGDF Advocate, Greg Morgan; and Denise Marsters, founder and Clinical Director of the McCoy House Ext. Care for Women. This event is FREE but donations of canned goods are strongly encouraged.
