Bring balance to your body's subtle energies as I take you on a healing journey through quartz singing bowls. This session will last 70 minutes. You will be laying on the floor and will need to bring a yoga mat, pillow (one for the head and one for under legs is recommended) and a blanket for maximum comfort. Optional are: Cozy socks, Eye mask, Favorite crystal to hold. Ceremonial-grade cacao will be offered prior to the sound bath. This is chocolate at its purest form and is considered a superfood. Loaded with tons of antioxidants, calcium, magnesium, vitamins and a property called theorbromine which opens your blood flow to allow for deeper cleansing of energies when combined with the sound. It is USDA Organic Cacao from Ecuador and made with fresh oat milk with added cinnamon, cardamom, agave, and vanilla extract. Will be available to purchase for $44 1llb bag. Cash preferred.
