Pet Male Rat for Rehoming

I'm looking to find a new home for my 2 year-old neutered male rat, Charlie. He is super sweet with people, but he is extremely aggressive towards other rats (even after being neutered last year). I've tried multiple pairings, but he just does best alone. He loves free-roaming and eating treats, occasionally content to just sit on your lap. He's a really good boy, just so long as he lives alone. I'm asking $15.00 rehoming fee just to ensure won't become snake food. I will ask for a picture of his future living space.
