Monarch Investment is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team at Glenbrook Apartments and Townhomes in Milwaukee. The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds, janitorial needs to common areas, painting of unit turns and snow removal when needed.
