You will perform a variety of duties ranging from inside/outside building maintenance, grounds keeping, warehouse, and beyond! Individual will constantly practice the CORE VALUES of Genz Ryan: Drive, Team Player, Respect, Pride, Get Sh!t Done. TYPICAL DUTIES: Identify, diagnose, repair, and resolve the issues related to electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliances, stairs, railings, gas fixtures, carpet, tiles, flooring, welding etc. Maintain clean grounds, parking areas, and lobbies by sweeping, shoveling, raking, painting, and performing other housekeeping activities. Ensure the proper removal of snow and garbage on the grounds and within the building Maintain and update the service records. Follow up on the unsolved queries of the employees. Schedule preventive maintenance programs on all the equipment and ensure that they are in good condition. Other duties such as lighting restoration, pest control, etc. Miscellaneous duties as assigned IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1+ years in a building maintenance or related role High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work Monday-Friday daytime shift from 7am-3:30pm, with some required evenings and weekends when business needs permit. (snow removal, etc.) A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 60 pounds Ability to adapt to changing work conditions. Ability to perform physical activities associated with maintenance work such as snow shoveling, working in narrow cramped places and working on knees is required.
