We are DemoUSA, Inc. and RemacUSA, Inc., part of The Soresi Group, Inc. We are looking to hire an experienced excavator operator in January 2022! Interviewing immediately. The position is full time and long term. The experienced and skilled excavator operator will perform tasks on our soundwall and other demolition sites within and around the Beltway. Must have own vehicle and a valid DL. Other licenses and OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 is a very strong plus. Looking for someone with minimum of 5 years of heavy machinery operating experience. Important! The right applicant MUST have worked/operated heavy machinery, such as CAT 330L, CAT 315, or very similar in capacity/size. The applicant MUST have operated an excavator with many attachments: hoe ram, 48” bucket, hydraulic thumb, grapple, etc. Essential job functions: 1. Assure full job site and crew safety while operating the excavator 2. Adhere to all OSHA and other local and federal safety rules and regulations 3. Set up and clean up the worksite daily: at the beginning and at the end of each workday 4. Operate and maintain all company machinery and tools, including all excavator extensions 5. Responsible for handling tasks involving physical labor, as needed 6. Travel with own vehicle to excavation sites each workday 7. Maintain a very clean and SAFE job site throughout a workday 8. Maintain all the machinery keeping it up to date with safety and all inspections 9. Advise, supervise, manage other work site crew on timelines, safety, regulations 10.
