Summary: Linked Living Homes is looking for a bright and driven individual to lead the hands on construction of Modular Home Additions that we build and install for Seniors and Those with Special Needs. Company Information: We build Linked Living TM Home Additions - Prefabricated modular home additions for seniors and those with special needs. Our mission is to bring families together with the use of this unique housing solution. We enable families to take care of their loved ones but also give them independent spaces to live. Job Type: Full Time Pay: $30+ Hourly (depending on skill level) Job Description/Skills & Qualifications : Lead the hands on production team at Linked Living Homes. Work to be performed includes but not limited to: Framing Finish Carpentry Window/Door Installation Flooring Siding Soffit/Fascia Preparing Customer Site for Installation Module packaging, transportation, and installation Report to production supervisor with status updates. Communicate with customers on a daily basis to give status updates and resolve day to day roadblocks. Ability to read and work off of blueprints.
