Handyman Needed

We are looking for an honest, reliable handyman for a job by job basis at a mobile home park in Danielsville. As tenant maintenance request come in we like to send a work order to this person to either fix the problem or send us an estimate if the job requires parts etc. We usually get around 1-2 requests per month so ideally a supplement to a current contractors schedule.
