We are looking for a talented and reliable maintenance technician to join our team. In this position, your chief responsibility is to maintain the condition and functionality of our residential community. Your duties will include groundskeeping, undertaking basic repairs and maintenance, scheduling more complex repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance procedures. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of maintenance trades, familiarity with maintenance procedures, landscaping equipment and basic tools and appliances. You will be a self-starter and have excellent communication skills.
