Title: Warehouse Associate Team: Hub Operations Reports to: Operations Manager Role Mandate: Support the Denver hub in operating efficiently and effectively by leading the weekly kitchen/prep team's work. Role Accountabilities: Packing. The warehouse associate is responsible for ensuring that boxes are packed in concurrence with the customer orders. Keeping quality control, pack accuracy, and presentation in mind at all times while also being timely. Portioning. Taking bulk produce and grains and measuring it into individual portions in accordance with the portioning sheet, making a specified quantity to fulfill customer orders. Cleaning. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times. Perform daily cleaning tasks at the end of shift to prepare for the next day. Universal Accountabilities: Quality Standard. Execute work through effective and engaged processes in order to deliver the highest quality outcomes. Duty of Care.
