ISO adult female dog

I am seeking a female dog roughly from 1y-3y, house trained and gets along with cats/ dogs/ kids. I have a decent yard and am open to considering anyone, but will only accept a dog that I feel will be a good fit. I'll want a picture, age, to know whether they're utd on shots/ spayed/ dewormed/ flea and tick treated yet, any rehoming fee being asked, location, and any known allergies or behavioral issues/ quirks. I have one medium dog (female, no unexpected puppies for us), two elderly cats, and a toddler. There aren't many immediately disqualifying factors other than it MUST be female and MUST have a good temperament. Thank you for reading!
