heating and air conditioner in car not working

Have had all kinds of work done on the A.C in my Honda...still not very cold. Tried to use the heat a few days ago, blew not warm heat.... so, both A.C and heater blowing and not giving requested air temp' a quick check on Uncle Google shows the most common issue coolant level...looked in radiator and seems full...any ideas or suggestions thank you
