Awkward yet intriguing conversation happened the other day. I would like to say I wish I had half the confidence in myself as the older man in the locker room does. I go in to change get ready to workout like i normally would. Older gentlemen comes in we start a casual chat hey how have you been haven't seen you in awhile etc etc. Within a blink of an eye I'm the only one with shorts on and he never skips a beat in the convo like nothings going on. Now I can hear him but I'm not hearing him my eyes and head have started their own chat. I just suddenly blurt out well dang someone's pretty confident. The man turns and says you mean this old thing NAH! this equipment hasn't worked in years. He said there's a difference in confident and comfortable. Fast forward he's gone and I was attempting to workout but my head was in different world. I've never really had these thoughts before but the whole time I had a different piece of equipment on my mind that I really wanted to try and workout with. Anyway if you see this I'm sorry if I made things a little awkward I'll try do better next time lol
