LINDENHURST, NY—Tropical Smoothie Cafe is coming to Lindenhurst. The fruit and vegetable smoothie franchise is taking over the closed Pizza Hut at 27 E. Sunrise Hwy. The store is slated to open this summer. There are 20 other Tropical Smoothie Cafes currently open on Long Island.
