Seeking an individual or small team to spread salt and shovel show periodically at our short term rental property in Walnut Hills. This would include spreading salt in anticipation of snow/ice and shoveling our small back parking lot (5 spaces) and walkway between buildings when snow accumulates.
Would prefer someone local who can get to the property even if roads are not ideal.
Must be dependable, consistent, and communicative.
