Exterior drive by photos needed of properties located throughout Richland County, SC. Should not be any need to exit car or enter on to properties. At least three (3) clear daytime photos of each property from different angles, including photo of address number on mailbox or home if available. Photos should show as much about property condition as possible and any indication of occupancy. Photos to be delivered by email in jpg or similar format. The expected property count is expected to be 75-100, but could vary. The property drive list will be emailed to you by the morning of Saturday, 11/26/2022. Photos needed by the morning of Thursday, 12/01/2022. Payment upon receipt of photos by ACH or check, at your option. Compensation $10.00 per property, plus $100.00 for expenses. No payment for late pictures, unclear pictures, or pictures of wrong address. Additional $100.00 bonus if good photos received for at least 90% of the properties on the drive list.
