Please read carefully: I need an HONEST & RELIABLE person to help me find an office available to lease by NOVEMBER 28, 2022. The following is a list of my requirements: -First floor office suite -At least two rooms AND a reception area -Bathroom -Less than $900 per month including utilities -On site parking -Nice area -Good visibility from the street -Signage My preference is for the downtown area, but I am open to other areas as long as they are nice. You will need to find at least FIVE good leads. Before getting back to me with the information, you will need to CALL THEM & make sure that the offices are still available. I will need PICTURES of the inside and outside, the ADDRESS, the name of the CONTACT PERSON you spoke with, the PRICE and DATE AVAILABLE to move in--for each office. I will pay $200 for this work, which should not take more than a few hours. If I end up renting one of the offices that you found, I will pay you an extra $200.
