We are looking for general laborers, painters, handymen and construction laborers for ongoing apartment renovations. Pay will range from skill and experience.
Ability to do physical labor and other physical tasks
Knowledge of hand and power tools
Will work under supervision of a Construction Manager
General construction, demo, rehab, painting, flooring
Able to climb on ladders
Extra pair of hands
Cleaning, Lawn care
Pay $18 - $24 depending on skills, independence and experience
Maintenance/Handyman
Must have own tools and transport
Competent to work independently
Pay depends on skills: roofing, flooring, HVAC, electrical, plumbing etc
