Description:
SWHSP invites the membership to attend the after action debriefing from the active shooter tabletop exercise held in October. Some common themes that were identified during the exercise will be discussed by The Training Group. The after action report will be shared and the improvement plan action items will be reviewed. As part of the continuous improvement cycle, we will then assess how the corrective action items can be implemented to benefit SWHSP members.
