Rehoming handsome Wiemeraner/Pit mix

I have moved to the mountains and unfortunately was told by the HOA that I can’t have pit mixes. I’m looking for a good fit for this wonderful dog. He is very active; he loves coming mountain biking and skiing with me. He loves playing with other dogs, especially ladies. He gets along with most dogs but not all— and we have been working on ignoring the ones he doesn’t like off leash. He is reactive towards intact males and poodle mix dogs. His recall is 75%. He is prey driven and likes to chase deer if given the opportunity. We are still working on “leave it” in that case. I’m not sure how he is around cats. I think he wants to chase them. He’s good with kids. He hardly barks. He likes to communicate through whines. It’s a beautiful melody sometimes. He also has a very cute grunt when he’s feeling good — sort of like a purr. He is reactive towards large engine noises, like UPS trucks, sleds, and dirt bikes. We have been trying to work on that but it been tricky because he reacts to parked motorcycles and sleds. And every once in a while, instead of having zombies, he likes to jump and nibble. It’s rare if he gets exercise and play time. He loves car rides. He hardly sheds. All of his shots are up to date. He is neutered. Serious inquiries only. Asking $200 that will be donated to the humane society. I will likely want to meet you a few times to make sure it is a good fit for this sweet boy.
