Full Moon Beach Yoga is a monthly community gathering & yoga class co-hosted by Pedro Luna (Yoga with Pedro) & Jessica Om (Director of Sunset Beach Yoga.) Join us in welcoming the Full Moon! Weather permitting, we will gather on the beach across from the Opal Grand Resort and enjoy an invigorating & clearing all levels yoga flow which will wrap up as the moon is rising over the ocean and the sun is setting in over the west horizon. WHAT: A vinyasa-yin yoga practice ending with meditation led by Pedro Luna & Jessica Om. WHERE: This gathering is being held across the street from the Opal Grand hotel, which is located on the corner of A1A and Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach. PARKING: There is metered parking along the street as well as a public lot parallel to the hotel. Please feel free to arrive early if you'd like to meditate, journal, breathe, or just hang at the beach. *** Musicians/Drummers: Also feel free to bring a DRUM or INSTRUMENT for after the class if you'd like to stay and jam under the moon! *** *Class is held BY DONATION ($15-25 suggested).
