About the role
We are looking to add a Property Manager to our growing portfolio in the Dallas Fort Worth market. The Property Manager is responsible for the successful operation of two Atlas Self-Storage facilities both in Lake Worth and Lancaster. The position directly reports to the Atlas Self Storage’s Operations Manager. This is an on-site position that requires a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. Experience in self-storage is not required. Experience in property management is not required but encouraged.
Responsibilities
● Perform Weekly Checklist tasks including lock checks, overlocks, unit turnovers and lock inspections.
● Perform cleaning and light maintenance on property to ensure units are rent ready and grounds are kept to company cleanliness standards.
● Manage auction and eviction processes with operations department and coordinate trash removal
● Perform other duties as assigned.
Location & commitments
· Must be able to travel between two locations (1 - 2 site visits a week at two locations)
· Permanent - Part-time - Flexible Hours - $15/hr - guaranteed 16 hours pay
Candidate requirements
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work unsupervised
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Ability to work in outside environments
· Able to perform small manual labor tasks such as moving boxes, and small handy work is encouraged
