We are taking a deep dive into the value of our member benefits to find out what our members really need and want from a retail merchants association. We want to provide the greatest value we can to support the growth of your business so we want to hear from YOU! Please join us and other business owners in your local area for our Coffee Talks. We will provide coffee or other beverage and snacks. We will lead an in-depth discussion about the current value to your business of our offerings, what you utilize, the benefits you’d like us to offer, and much more. This is a group discussion that will also include some individual interactive exercises. Honest feedback is welcome, good, bad, or indifferent, so we can develop our strategic plan for 2023 and beyond with the aim of improving our offerings and value proposition. You must RSVP your attendance as each of these traveling coffee talks are capped at 15 attendees for maximum engagement. We also encourage you to think of other businesses that are not currently engaged with Retail Alliance and reach out and invite them to join you. This could be a great way to engage a potential new member and get feedback from them on what would motivate them to join and receive support from our organization.
