Training is facilitated by Victoria Hall and Dora Mejia from San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health. Mental Health First Aid teaches you: • Signs of early mental illnesses and/or substance abuse. • Five-step action plan to assess a situation and provide assistance. • Impact of mental and substance use disorders. • Where to turn for assistance and local resources. Class size is limited. Continental breakfast will be provided.
