Painters and painter helper/apprentice

--1.)-- Looking for an experienced Painter or possibly two. --2.)-- Also looking for a helper/apprentice type -- 1.)-- this is a full exterior and interior project and need to fill tomorrow. If you reach out to tell me your available Wednesday or could days later when your current project is finished, I'll be glad to consider you if i still need guys then but for now this is right away tomorrow. Exp. Painters already know the drill. Come in, where white t's possible shorts or pants also but not required. Your should have some tools if it's your trade but i also have tools. We're doing interior and exterior, empty with no floors and no installed trim and doors so you know how easy and have fast production should go. So if your looking for work and can start tomorrow ( tuesday ) text me any for of the night or early on the morning. Pay all discuss but this is not a "sub" thing. This is my company and i work while managing my jobs. Doesn't mean i baby sit, as i expect you to be married and professional. Easy said, we're all here for one thing,.... make some money. Come, do your job. Be able to count on getting paid and being plenty of work but scrambling looking for the next thing. This is a work full completed. No painters want to come behind another painter and have to finish their work or worse fix it. So unless you do a bad job and are not wanted back then you'll be here until at least your finish with your portion. Pay- not a daily labor thing. Why to hold you responsible for your work. Pay is at completion. But if your in tight jam so discuss providing you portion of your earn money at th he end of the day as i undertand some guys can't even afford gas and food during these hard times. Rates can discuss. But start at $160 a day but must have an equivalent amount of quality production and go upward but again its production and quality. I want to pay more. But that means i I'm getting more for what I'm paying. --2.)-- helper /apprentice type. Looking for some one with some exp. And knowledge of painting, make enough to want to listen instruction and intetestes in learning doing things right. Duties to start tomorrow: Pressure washing. Caulking exterior. Tape and plastic windows and frames, inside and out of house. Helping painters move ladders, move sprayers, move or get paint, clean brushes and rollers, etc. Pay is same method as painters.
