Looking for a general handy person that can help with some of my renovation tasks next week (November 28 - December 2.) I can work you 20 hours next week performing various tasks. I do not anticipate that we will finish all of these tasks, but providing the list to give you an idea of the type of work. If we work well together/ you do a good job then there will be more work available mid-to-late December and into January. This is not a full-time job opportunity but great for someone who wants to work some flexible hours for some extra cash. I have all of the tools required, but you are welcome to use your own. - Assist in ripping up particle board subfloor and installing plywood subfloor over existing primary floor. (Main task) - Install rockwool insulation in ceiling. (Secondary task) - Apply stain to tongue and groove boards. (If time permits) - Hang tongue and groove board ceiling. (If time permits) Must be sober and respectful. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol allowed on the property. Please prioritize safety and bring PPE (mask, glasses and gloves) or let me know if you require those things so I can have them ready for you.
